This crystal clear New Pot is distilled in 2024. A floral, ethereal liquid that expresses the characteristics of our larger spirit still – a straight-type, and one of Kanosuke‘s three pot stills with a fresh aroma of lemon and pear, and a soft sweetness of malt on the palate.
