Transparent liquor in saccharification and fermentation of malt, distilled more than twice in a distiller and before aging in barrels is called “new pot”. 2018 is the year of startup, we will sell the limited number of new pot. We blended the sake of a taste with flavor and gentle taste, which is born from three pot stills (distillers). The first drop of various whiskeys that will be produced by KANOSUKE. Please enjoy yourself.

NEW BORNKANOSUKE NEW BORN 2018
A single malt Newborn that was distilled and barreled in February, 2018. Made with non-peated malt from the UK. After fermentation with distillery yeast and the first distillation in the wash still, out of Kanosuke Distillery’s two spirit stills, the second distillation took place in the spirit still that creates more body. The newmake whisky was barreled in re-charred American white oak casks that had previously been used to mature Komasa Jyozo’s barrel-aged rice shochu, Mellow Kozuru, and stored for 8 months in Kanosuke Distillery’s sea breeze-infused storehouse before being bottled at cask-strength as a sweet and bright Newborn.

KANOSUKE OWNERS CLUBKANOSUKE OWNERS CLUB
「KANOSUKE OWNERS CLUB」is a system in which after applying to join the OWNERS CLUB, a 28-liter barrel will be filled with new make spirit and matured at Kanosuke Distillery for 3 years, after which it will be bottled and sent to the owner.
The final product can be shipped to any location within Japan. Please note that we cannot ship overseas.
