First standard single malt whisky from Kanosuke Distillery
“Single Malt Kanosuke” is distilled using a combination of our 3 unique pot stills and matured in re-charred American white oak ex-“Mellowed Kozuru” aged shochu casks.
Our non-chill filtered whisky is carefully blended based on this key malt before bottling.
Kanosuke Distillery is located on the coast of Kagoshima at the site which my grandfather Kanosuke considered to have the most eautiful
sunset in Japan. The warm climate along with our family expertise in maturation help create a richer, mellower Japanese whisky. This is
the work of several generations, and we continue to pour our heart and soul into our craft every day.

**Tasting Notes
Colour: Golden Amber
Nose: Ripened citrus fruit(Karin), honey, banana, lemon tea, caramel
Taste: Sunset taste with ginger honey slightly smoked nuts
Finish: Sweet aroma, bitter with a mild and long finish
